Who's this workshop for?
Anyone navigating change, whether that change is through choice, or has happened to you. You could be:
- changing careers
- starting a new business
- experiencing a change in personal circumstances
- wanting to change your approach to life
When we reach a turning point in our life, whether career, personal, or a blend of both, we sometimes know that we want to feel and do things differently. It might be that you have:
- so many ideas, are excited about the future, but that feels confusing or overwhelming
- drawn a complete blank
- are somewhat fearful of that next step
Whatever it is, you are unsure where to start and would like to explore your options, find out more about yourself and what’s driving this quest for change. That’s where my one-day in-person Be Alive workshop comes in...
How we will spend the day...
- Getting to know each other and creating that safe, magical space so good stuff happens!
- Understanding how you are spending your time now and how you want to spend it going forward
- Discovering who you are now and who you want to be from now on and in the future
- And as you’re moving forward, we’ll uncover what are the things you want and need to leave behind
- Learning how you can nurture your body and mind now so that you create strong foundations ensuring that you are at your best to make the most of this exciting new phase you’re stepping into
- Bringing this vision together, encompassing all the things that are important to you, to a place where you’re not only ready to start but raring to get going!
The important stuff - venue & food!
All of this is set in a superb location in the beautiful county of Devon, with a small group of women all looking to achieve their dreams of ‘being alive’ whilst supporting others to do the same.
A delicious lunch and refreshments will be provided throughout the day finishing with a group celebratory drink with something cold and fizzy!
