Over four 60-minute sessions we work through your emotional landscape, your values, your beliefs, and your goals - building real self-awareness and the emotional tools to lead more authentically, sustainably, and effectively.
Every session is underpinned by the 6 Emotions Principles and Emotional Archetypes framework, developed by In Good Company, which I'm licensed to use as an ICF-accredited Emotions Coaching Practitioner.

Speaking & Thought Leadership
I speak on the emotional side of leadership - the part that often leadership development skips over.
Topics include self-leadership and leading others, emotional intelligence in practice, and sustainable leadership without burnout. Whether that's a conference keynote, panel discussion, podcast appearance, or internal organisational event, I bring warmth, directness, and practical insight that people actually leave with.
